Architecture Outfit

NYC firm with experience designing and renovating performing arts facilities, public spaces, and learning centers, including iterations of the design and an office renovation at Symphony Space. Clients: NY Theatre Workshop, Rattlestick Theater, Theatre Row.

Theatre Projects

Custom designing, building and commissioning seating, stage, lighting. In 2021 they consulted on our livestream system. Clients: Palace Theatre, The Lindemann Performing Arts Center (Brown University), Whitney Museum of American Art.

TYLin/Silman Structural Solutions

Renovations and adaptive reuse account for a significant portion of Silman’s active projects. Silman provided structural engineering services in Symphony Space’s extensive renovation 25 years ago. Clients: Zankel Hall, Whitney Museum of American Art, NYU.

Design 2147

Trusted NYC code consulting/expediting firms with more than 35 years interpreting and arguing cases before city agencies. Clients: Irish Arts Center, The New York Historical, Cathedral of St. John the Divine.
