Take a Seat,
Make Your Mark
For nearly 50 years, Symphony Space has been a warm and welcoming home for generations of artists and audiences. As a nonprofit performing arts center, we rely on the generosity of our donors to help keep the magic of the arts alive—on our stages and in our classrooms.
We have embarked on a historic renovation of our theaters, and we invite you to be part of our future by participating in our Take a Seat, Make Your Mark seat naming initiative.
You can be part of Symphony Space history by naming a seat in one of our beloved theatres: the Peter Jay Sharpe Theatre and the Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theatre.
Your support in this way will fuel our celebrated programming and provide life-changing education opportunities for children and adults alike.

We look forward to sitting shoulder to shoulder with you, and we thank you for helping to bring world-class performances and conversations to our community.
Seat dedications with the inscription of your choice for yourself or a loved one are available at the $5,000 (Sharpe Orchestra), $3,000 (Sharpe Balcony), and $2,500 (Thalia) levels.
Please note that a named seat does not constitute ownership of the seat or guarantee the reserving of that seat at performances. Seats are not offered in perpetuity, but plaque inscription, subject to the approval of Symphony Space, will have a minimum 20-year term. Plaque locations will be determined at Symphony Space’s discretion.
